✈️ The Opportunity

As a First Officer on the Embraer E170/190, you will operate in a multi‑crew, high‑performance environment under CARs 705. You’ll work closely with your Captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, efficient, and passenger‑focused operations across varied weather, terrain, and high‑density airspace.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
  • Operate in complex terminal environments and high‑density airspace with strong situational awareness.
  • Apply CRM and TEM principles to manage risk and support a just safety culture.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC, dispatch, maintenance, and cabin crew to ensure on‑time performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through training, feedback, and debriefs.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • 1,500+ hours total flight time. (Pilots who are close to the minimum may be considered based on overall experience and other factors.)
  • TCCA ATPL or successful completion of SAMRA and SARON exams toward the ATPL.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO English Level 4+.
  • Type rating not required — full training provided (NTR welcomed).

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Previous jet experience in high‑density airspace.
  • Time on the E170/E190 or variant within the E‑Jet family.
  • Operational experience under CARs 705.

Comprehensive ground school, simulator training, and line indoctrination are provided to transition you smoothly onto the E‑Jet platform. Expect modern training tools, supportive instructors, and a strong emphasis on SOP discipline and operational excellence.
