🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Support the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
  • Execute SOPs, checklists, and company policies with disciplined CRM and situational awareness.
  • Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
  • Deliver exceptional service and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain training currencies and standards; be prepared to travel for recurrent and type training.

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • PIC time: 250 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
  • License requirement: IATRA
  • Open to licence holders: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4

🌍 Additional Requirements & Eligibility

  • Passport & travel: Valid passport with ability to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
  • Training travel: Ability to travel to the United States as a passenger for training.
  • Security clearances: Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and Corporate CANPASS privileges.
  • Background check: Successful completion required.
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided.
