  • Compensation: EUR 72,000 gross/year (base) + EUR 100 per diem
  • Note: Actual salary depends on monthly working hours and professional experience

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as First Officer on the Falcon 2000 EASy within Avcon Jet’s business-aviation operation.
  • Carry out comprehensive preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance.
  • Execute SOPs, checklists, and CRM to the highest safety and service standards.
  • Support the Captain across all phases of flight and independently manage delegated duties.
  • Represent Avcon Jet professionally with clients and crew, maintaining a team-first mindset.
  • Operate with flexibility and reliability in a dynamic, high-responsibility environment.

🌟 What You Bring

  • License: EASA fATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Experience: 1,000 hours total time and a minimum of 300 hours on type (Falcon 2000 EASy)
  • Language: English proficiency, ICAO Level 4 or higher
  • Travel Docs: Unrestricted, valid passport
  • Personal Traits: Flexible, able to work independently, and strongly team-oriented
  • Availability: Willing to operate on a 16/14 duty roster from Malta
