🧭 The role
As a First Officer on the Citation M2/CJ series, you’ll support the Captain across all phases of flight to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient operations—while providing attentive, discreet service to our guests.
- Execute flight duties in accordance with SOPs, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning including weather, NOTAMs, performance, and W&B.
- Manage FMS/avionics, monitor systems, and maintain robust situational awareness.
- Demonstrate exemplary CRM and decision-making under time-sensitive conditions.
- Champion a refined, customer-oriented cabin experience and professional presentation.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 1000 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- Licensing: Current TCCA IATRA, IR, ME
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required; training provided on type
- Travel: Ability to travel unrestricted and work flexible hours
- Service: Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
- Pressure: Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Eligibility: Open to TCCA licence holders; visa sponsorship is not provided
🌟 Preferred assets
- CJ Experience: Endorsement on the Citation CJ1+ and experience as a First Officer on the CJ series
- Corporate Ops: Prior business/charter jet experience with strong CRM and SMS awareness
- Professionalism: Meticulous attention to detail, safety mindset, and client-facing polish
📚 Training & development
We welcome non-type-rated candidates. Comprehensive training on the Citation M2/CJ series is provided, with recurrent training to maintain currency and proficiency. You’ll benefit from a collaborative cockpit environment, mentorship, and opportunities to broaden your jet operations experience.
🗓️ Schedule & travel
This role involves variable scheduling and on-call periods in line with business aviation demands.
- Flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays as required
- Overnights and multi-day trips as operationally needed
