First Officer — Challenger & Global Fleet (EU-Based)

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate as First Officer on Challenger and Global aircraft across EU and intercontinental routes, ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards.
• Support the Captain through all phases of flight: flight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, W&B, and aircraft preparation.
• Execute SOPs and adhere to EASA regulations, company policies, and best-practice CRM.
• Deliver a polished, discreet service in a private charter environment while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Maintain training currency, check standards, and readiness for rapid global deployment.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time.
• Valid EASA Part-FCL fATPL or ATPL.
• Valid ME-IR (A) or type/class rating.
• PBN endorsement.
• Advanced UPRT completed or multi-pilot type rating held.
• MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) completed or multi-pilot type rating held.
• Valid EASA Part-FCL Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Clean drug test.
• Calm, collaborative CRM style and a safety-first mindset suited to dynamic global operations.
