🧭 Your Mission

• Operate as SIC to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flights in a mixed Part 91/135 environment.
• Execute thorough preflight planning: weather, performance, weight & balance, fuel, routing, and alternates.
• Conduct meticulous pre/post‑flight inspections, checklist discipline, and timely documentation.
• Practice strong CRM and clear communication with the PIC, ATC, maintenance, and clients.
• Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Maintain qualifications and currency; complete company‑provided CL‑30 training as required.
• Represent the brand by upholding aircraft cleanliness, readiness, and a polished cabin presentation.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Total time: 3,500 hours
• Multi‑engine: 1,000 hours
• Turbine PIC: 1,000 hours
• License required: ATP
• Accepted licenses: FAA
• Medical: First Class
• Type rating: Not required (training provided)

🌟 Additional Role Requirements

• No significant accidents, incidents, or enforcements in the last 5 years.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Must live in—or be willing to relocate to—the Greater Seattle area.
