🧭 The Role
- Serve as Pilot in Command of B737 Classic cargo missions across varied weather, terrain, and airspace.
- Lead and mentor the flight crew while fostering a just culture and disciplined SOP execution.
- Plan and brief each mission, including performance, weight and balance, fuel, alternates, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations.
- Exercise sound judgment during irregular operations and rapidly changing customer requirements.
- Uphold all company policies and applicable regulations while representing InterJet West with professionalism.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- FAA ATP with Boeing 737 Type Rating (required).
- Minimum 2,500 hours in turbine/heavy aircraft.
- Minimum 1,000 hours multi-engine PIC.
- Minimum 500 hours in type (B737).
- Glass cockpit/EFIS/Universal FMS experience.
- Current Instrument Proficiency Check.
- Accepted Licenses: FAA.
- Medical: Class 2.
🧾 Additional Requirements
- FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Current passport.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Able to obtain an airport SIDA badge.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings and all required background checks.
- Willing and able to support various shifts; overtime and after-hour call-outs as needed.
This is a type-rated, permanent position. No Part 121 age limitations apply.
