✈️ About the role

As a Caravan Captain, you will command the Cessna 208 across varying environments, day and night, in both IFR and visual conditions. You will exercise sound judgment, manage weather and route decisions, and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism. If you are new to the type, we will provide comprehensive training to ensure a confident transition.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as PIC of the Cessna 208 Caravan.
  • Operate in instrument and visual conditions with strong systems and automation management.
  • Plan and execute cross-country missions, including night operations, in line with company procedures.
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight inspections and maintain accurate flight records.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and clear, professional communication.

🌟 Minimum flight experience

  • Total time: 1,200 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Cross-country: 500 hours
  • Night: 100 hours
  • Instrument: 75 hours (50 in actual flight)

📜 Certificates & medical

  • License required: CPL with IR
  • Accepted licenses: FAA
  • Medical: FAA Class 2 (Class 1 required for international operations and some Florida bases)
  • IFR: Proficient and current
  • Type rating: Not required; training provided
