First Officer, Challenger 300/350 (CL-30) — Type Rating Provided

As a Challenger CL-30 First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across a dynamic schedule. You’ll fly to diverse destinations, uphold SOPs, and represent the flight department with poise and professionalism.

• Execute all First Officer duties including flight planning, performance calculations, and checklist discipline.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, CRM, and regulatory compliance (Parts 135/91).
• Deliver a refined client experience with discretion, communication, and attention to detail.
• Participate in recurrent training and checking to CL-30 standards.

• Current FAA CPL with IR and ME.
• Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
• Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR).

Preferred: Previous corporate jet experience under Part 135/91.

• Valid Driver’s License and Valid Unrestricted Passport.
• Ability to pass CANPASS.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Must pass Company and TSA background checks.
• No accident, incident, or enforcement in the past 5 years.
• Able to work flexible hours in a dynamic flight schedule.
• Pilots must live within 1:30 hours of approved bases.
