🧭 The Role
As a Challenger CL-30 First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across a dynamic schedule. You’ll fly to diverse destinations, uphold SOPs, and represent the flight department with poise and professionalism.
- Execute all First Officer duties including flight planning, performance calculations, and checklist discipline.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, CRM, and regulatory compliance (Parts 135/91).
- Deliver a refined client experience with discretion, communication, and attention to detail.
- Participate in recurrent training and checking to CL-30 standards.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Current FAA CPL with IR and ME.
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR).
Preferred: Previous corporate jet experience under Part 135/91.
🧰 Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and Valid Unrestricted Passport.
- Ability to pass CANPASS.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Must pass Company and TSA background checks.
- No accident, incident, or enforcement in the past 5 years.
- Able to work flexible hours in a dynamic flight schedule.
- Pilots must live within 1:30 hours of approved bases.
