✈️ The Role

As First Officer on the Citation M2/CJ series, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and courteous operations across all phases of flight. You’ll prepare meticulously, execute SOPs with discipline, and provide a refined passenger experience from briefing to block-in.

  • Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and briefings.
  • Operate to the highest standards of airmanship, checklist discipline, and CRM.
  • Monitor flight progress, weather, and systems, escalating proactively when needed.
  • Uphold a strong safety culture, reporting hazards and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Represent the flight department with professionalism and discretion at all times.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Current type rating on the Cessna Citation M2/CJ series.
  • License: Frozen ATPL, IR, ME — EASA.
  • Medical: Class 1.
  • Languages: German and English; ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4 or higher.
  • Class B driving license.
  • Fully valid passport and ability to travel as required.
  • Calm, composed decision-making and workload management under time pressure.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a proactive sense of responsibility.
  • Commitment, loyalty, and reliability.
  • Well-groomed appearance with polite and professional manners.

  • License req.: Frozen ATPL, IR, ME.
  • Open to Lic. Holders: EASA.
