First Officer – Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ | Stuttgart, Germany

🧭 Your mission

• Act as First Officer on Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ operations in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
• Support the Captain with flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel planning, and FMS set‑up.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety, threat and error management, and risk assessment in all phases of flight.
• Coordinate ground handling, fueling, de‑icing, and turnaround activities to maintain on‑time performance.
• Deliver discreet, courteous service to passengers, representing the company with a friendly and well‑groomed appearance.
• Complete flight documentation, post‑flight reports, and maintain accurate personal training and currency records.
• Contribute to a positive cockpit culture built on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

🧰 What you bring

• Type rating: Current and valid on Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+.
• License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: German and English (B2 or higher); ICAO ELP level 4+.
• Security: Valid security clearance (ZÜP) available at start.
• Travel documents: Unrestricted passport.
• Mobility: Driving licence class B and own car; mobile phone with voice and internet accessibility.
• Location: Ideally living within a 1‑hour drive of Stuttgart Airport.
• Personal attributes: Reliability, sense of responsibility, high service orientation, flexibility and resilience, strong teamwork and intercultural competence, and a commitment to continuous development.

📍 Location & readiness

Operations are centered on Stuttgart Airport. Due to the nature of business aviation, you should be comfortable with dynamic schedules, short-notice call-outs, and occasional overnights.
