Join a professional team flying the iconic amphibious Grand Caravan across India. As First Officer, you will help deliver safe, reliable operations from both runways and waterways while building your turbine experience. Non-Type Rated applicants are welcome—full training provided.
🧭 Role overview
In this India-wide, multi-base role, you will operate as First Officer on the amphibious Cessna 208B Grand Caravan, supporting safe and efficient flights in diverse environments. You will work closely with the Captain and ground teams to uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care.
🧰 Key responsibilities
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight, including planning, preflight inspection, checklists, departure, enroute, approach, and landing.
- Conduct accurate performance, fuel, and weight-and-balance calculations in line with company SOPs and DGCA regulations.
- Operate to high standards in amphibious environments, following established procedures for water and land operations under the Captain’s direction.
- Maintain strong situational awareness, apply robust CRM/TEM, and contribute actively to a just culture and continuous safety improvement.
- Complete all required training, checks, and recurrent qualifications; remain current and proficient on type.
- Adapt to rostered base rotations and operational needs across multiple locations in India.
- Represent the company with professionalism and provide courteous service to customers and stakeholders.
🌟 What you’ll bring
- Valid DGCA Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
- Current Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4 or higher.
- Non-Type Rated welcome; willingness to complete company-provided training on the Cessna 208B Grand Caravan Amphibian.
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations across India and to adapt to dynamic operational conditions.
- Strong airmanship, communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
- Authorization to work in India (visa sponsorship is not provided).

- Type training provided for suitable candidates (NTR accepted).

🗺️ Where you’ll operate
This is a multi-base position with operations across India. You should be prepared for assignments at different locations based on operational requirements.
