First Officer – Cessna 208B Grand Caravan Amphibian (India-wide)

• Support the Captain in the safe operation of amphibious flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and weight-balance calculations, and complete checklists to the highest standard.
• Assist with water and land operations, including docking, mooring, and coordination with ground and marine teams.
• Maintain situational awareness, clear communication, and strong crew resource management throughout all phases of flight.
• Care for passengers and represent the company with professionalism at diverse destinations across India.

• Valid DGCA (India) Commercial Pilot License.
• Current Class 1 medical certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations across India and adapt to operational needs.
• Strong airmanship, safety mindset, and collaborative CRM skills.
• Amphibious or floatplane experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Type rating is not required for this role. Comprehensive aircraft-specific and amphibious operations training will be provided to set you up for success and long-term development within the operation.

You will operate from multiple locations across India. Flexibility to travel and relocate temporarily between bases is essential to support the network and seasonal operations.
