🧭 Your mission

Partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and discreet operations on the CL-604. You will prepare and execute flights to the highest professional standards, ensuring impeccable situational awareness, smooth coordination, and exceptional passenger care.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Lead robust preflight planning: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and alternates.
  • Manage advanced avionics and FMS, supporting accurate navigation and systems monitoring.
  • Apply strong CRM principles to maintain a just, safety-first cockpit culture.
  • Support on-ground operations including turnarounds, documentation, and dispatch coordination.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Current CL-604 type rating with a minimum of 300 hours on type.
  • At least 1,000 hours total time, including 500+ hours on multi-pilot aeroplanes.
  • Proven multi-crew experience with excellent CRM and decision-making.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong systems knowledge, and SOP discipline.
  • Calm, professional communication with crew, ATC, and stakeholders.

  • Total Time: 1,000+ hours
  • In Type (CL-604): 300+ hours
  • Multi-pilot Aeroplanes: Minimum 500 hours
  • Type Rating: Required (Challenger 604)
  • Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO Level 5 or higher

  • Open to Licence Holders: EASA only
