First Officer — Boeing Fleet (NTR, Multiple Bases)

Step into the right seat of our Boeing fleet and help carry guests across an expansive domestic and international network. This is a permanent, non-type-rated opportunity with full training provided—ideal for professional aviators ready to advance on a modern, high-performance operation.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate Boeing aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with SOPs, regulations, and company policies.
- Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, FMS programming, and briefings.
- Exercise sound judgment and strong CRM, supporting the Captain and crew through all phases of flight.
- Manage abnormal and emergency procedures with composure and clear communication.
- Deliver a professional, guest-focused experience that reflects our brand and values.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- Turbine time: 500 hours
- License: ATP Written complete; meets all aeronautical experience requirements for an ATP, Airplane category rating per 14 CFR §61.159
- Accepted licenses: FAA
- Medical: First Class
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Driving: Valid Driver’s License issued by a U.S. state or territory
- Drug testing: Must pass a pre-employment drug test
🌟 Preferred experience
- 500 hours multi-engine airplane time
- 500 hours turbine PIC time
- Turbojet/turboprop experience in a complex flying environment
- Minimum of 50 hours flight time within the last 12 months
🧭 Travel, domicile, and documentation
- Comfortable with a domicile in Seattle, Los Angeles, Anchorage, Portland, San Diego, or San Francisco.
- Ability to travel immediately and repeatedly to any location, domestic or international, where Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines flies.
- Must possess and/or obtain a current passport with at least six months’ validity remaining at time of employment; employees with non-U.S. passports also need any appropriate travel documentation.
