🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Boeing 747 safely and efficiently in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Support flight planning, performance calculations, fuel and weather assessments, and route optimization.
- Demonstrate exemplary CRM, communication, and decision-making in all phases of flight.
- Maintain currency, technical knowledge, and compliance with training, checking, and recurrent standards.
- Champion a safety-first culture, reporting hazards and contributing to continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1500 hours
- ZFTT-eligible time: 1500 hours on aircraft types that satisfy ZFTT requirements
- Type rating: Required – B747 or an equivalent Boeing aircraft type
- Currency: Flown the applicable type within the last 12 months
- Licence: UK CAA-issued ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Passport: Valid, unrestricted worldwide travel passport
