🧭 Your mission

As a BAe 146/Avro RJ First Officer, you’ll partner with the Captain to execute safe, efficient, and on‑time operations while upholding a robust safety culture and delivering excellent service.

  • Operate to the highest safety standards from pre‑flight to shutdown, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Captain, cabin crew, and operations to ensure smooth, professional flights in diverse and remote operating environments.
  • Apply sound airmanship, strong communication, and thoughtful decision‑making in all phases of flight.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 1000 hours
  • Multi‑Engine: 500 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • Licence Required: IATRA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
  • RAIC: Ability to obtain a RAIC (Canada)
  • Passport: Current, with the ability to travel to the United States and Europe
  • Safety Culture: Strong, demonstrable commitment to safety
  • Screening: Successful completion of pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing requirements
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills

🌟 Preferred experience

  • Previous jet experience
  • High Arctic or remote operations experience
