Take the right seat on our Falcon 900EX and help deliver safe, seamless Part 91/135 operations. This full-time, USA-commutable regional assignment is aligned to our Eden Prairie, Minnesota listing and reports to the Base Chief Pilot.

✈️ About the role

As the Falcon 900EX Second in Command, you’ll prepare for and execute flights in strict accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Jet Linx procedures, supporting safe, efficient, client-focused operations. This role requires dependable access to multiple daily nonstop/direct flights to major hub airports to support commuting and schedule coverage across the region.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Support the PIC in all phases of flight under Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
  • Manage duty, flight, and rest times per company policy and CFR requirements.
  • Maintain clear communications for standby duty, trip notifications, position calls, and pre-/post-flight reports.
  • Manage and maintain EFB hardware and applications; keep navigation charts, publications, and company manuals current.
  • Maintain a current First Class Medical and demonstrate proactive, safety-forward decision-making.
  • Consistently demonstrate Jet Linx core values in all interactions with clients, crew, and partners.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total time: 2,500 hours minimum
  • PIC: 500 hours minimum
  • Multi-engine: 500 hours minimum
  • Turbine: 100 hours minimum
  • Instrument: 150 hours minimum
  • Training: Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months (preferred)
  • Certificates/Licenses: Unrestricted ATP; current First Class Medical; FCC Restricted Radio License
  • Eligibility: Valid U.S. driver’s license; proof of authorization to work in the United States; current passport
  • Travel: Unrestricted ability to travel to EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries
  • Compliance: Ability to release and pass an FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) review with a System Chief Pilot
  • Schedule: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Physical: Frequent movement of up to 50 pounds; most work performed in and around aircraft and terminals
  • Testing: Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing (safety-sensitive: marijuana, cocaine, opiates, PCP, amphetamines)
  • Commute: Reliable access to multiple daily nonstop/direct flights to major hub airports

🌟 Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary: $135,000–$170,000 annually (dependent on geographic location, aircraft size for crew positions, and relevant education, training, and experience)
