Join a high-performing Dassault Falcon operation as a First Officer on the 7X/8X. This permanent role is ideal for EASA-licensed jet pilots seeking a long-range platform, structured training, and a professional, customer-centric environment in the Basel region (residence on the German side).

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Base: Basel Region (within Germany; ≤ 60 km)
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • Experience: 1,000+ jet hours
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Languages: German and English (spoken and written); additional languages an advantage

NTR candidates welcome; Falcon 7X/8X experience or rating is an advantage.

🧭 Your mission

As First Officer, you will ensure safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations on the Dassault Falcon 7X/8X across international routes. You will work closely with the PIC to deliver seamless flights while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, professionalism, and discretion.

  • Operate as SIC in full compliance with SOPs, company manuals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support flight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, and weather/NOTAM analysis for international operations.
  • Manage FMS/automation, navigation, and avionics with strong situational awareness and CRM.
  • Champion a safety-first culture through proactive SMS participation and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver premium, discreet service to VIP clientele with impeccable communication and etiquette.
  • Maintain currency through recurrent training and checking on the Falcon 7X/8X.
  • Demonstrate flexibility for rostered duties, including weekends and holidays as operationally required.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • EASA ATPL and Class 1 medical.
  • Minimum 1,000 hours on turbine jet aircraft.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4 or higher.
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness, if required, to relocate residence within a 60 km radius of Basel, Switzerland, on German territory.
  • Current or previous Falcon 7X/8X time or type rating is an advantage (NTR welcome; training provided).
  • Unrestricted right to live and work; visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • Strong CRM, professionalism, discretion, and customer-service mindset.
