🧭 The Mission

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger‑centric operations on the Falcon 7X/8X. You’ll exercise sound judgment as PIC, ensure regulatory and company compliance, mentor fellow crew, and represent the flight department with discretion and professionalism on every sector.

🧰 What You'll Do

  • Command Falcon 7X/8X flights with an unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
  • Lead flight planning, performance and fuel calculations, and decision‑making in diverse weather and operational environments.
  • Apply robust CRM, adhere to SOPs, and foster a proactive safety culture.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure punctual, reliable operations.
  • Maintain currency, training, and aircraft/type proficiency; participate in recurrent checks as required.
  • Deliver attentive, discreet service tailored to executive/VIP expectations.
  • Complete all documentation accurately, including logs, reports, and regulatory records.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Minimum Flight Time: TT 4,000 hours; PIC 1,000 hours; 500 hours in‑type (Falcon 7X/8X).
  • Type Rating: Current Falcon 7X/8X type rating required.
  • License: ATPL required; open to ICAO licenses. FAA/EASA ATP preferred.
  • Medical: Class 1; ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Record: Clean safety history with no incidents or accidents.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with a variable schedule, extensive travel, and relocation upon request.
  • Professionalism: Discretion, excellent communication, and a calm, decisive cockpit presence.
