Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time, type-rated Falcon Captain to join our Chicago-area operation. Bring exceptional airmanship, leadership, and a service-first mindset to a team that lives our culture of safety, service, and integrity while delivering seamless travel for our clients.
🧭 Your mission
- Captain the Falcon 7X/8X with uncompromising safety, professionalism, and client care.
- Lead all phases of flight operations—planning, preflight, departure, enroute, international procedures, and postflight—adhering to FAA regulations and company SOPs.
- Exemplify strong CRM, contribute as a standout teammate, and foster a positive, safety-focused culture.
- Maintain currency and proficiency, including annual ICAO International Procedures training.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Type rating: Type-Rated; Falcon 7X/8X on-type strongly preferred.
- License: ATP (FAA).
- Medical: Class 1 (First Class).
- Total time: 3,000 hours.
- PIC: 1,500 hours.
- Multi-engine: 1,500 hours, including 500 hours Multi-engine PIC.
- Jet: 500 hours.
- Instrument: 250 hours.
- Ability to work on an on-call basis.
- Commitment to complete annual ICAO International Procedures training.
- Primary residence within a two-hour drive of the Chicago area or willingness to relocate.
