As Falcon 2000 Captain, you will lead safe and efficient operations, partner closely with your crew, and deliver an exceptional passenger experience. You will exercise sound judgment, embrace a safety-first mindset, and represent the flight department with professionalism on every leg.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Captain the Falcon 2000 in a multi-crew environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, fuel planning, and risk assessments.
  • Lead effective CRM and collaborate with flight crew, dispatch, and maintenance to optimize every mission.
  • Deliver attentive, discreet, and professional customer service to passengers.
  • Complete thorough preflight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, documentation, and reports.
  • Support a proactive safety culture, including participation in SMS activities and recurrent training.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 2,000 hours
  • Multi‑Engine Turbine: 500 hours
  • Multi‑Crew Experience: Required
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • 3,500 hours total time
  • 1,000 hours PIC in a multi‑crew environment
  • 1,000 hours multi‑engine turbine
  • DA‑EASY or DA‑2EASY type rating

🎓 Additional Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid passport
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Team‑oriented with strong collaboration skills

🛡️ Training & Development

Successful candidates will receive Falcon 2000 type training and recurrent support. Ongoing emphasis on CRM, standard operating procedures, and safety culture.
