🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Captain the Falcon 20 in multi-crew operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flights from pushback to shutdown.
  • Lead flight planning, performance, mass and balance, and fuel strategy within company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Apply sound airmanship across varied weather, airfields, and operational environments.
  • Champion a strong safety culture, effective CRM, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and collaborate with crew members to deliver a professional, on-time, end-to-end operation.
  • Complete accurate operational documentation, reports, and debriefs to high standards.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
  • Unrestricted ATPL with TCCA privileges.
  • Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO English Level 4 (or higher).
  • Turbine and/or jet experience.
  • No Falcon 20 type rating required — full training provided.

🛫 Training & Onboarding

No type rating? No problem. You’ll receive structured Falcon 20 training and onboarding to our procedures, including ground school, simulator, and line indoctrination with a focus on SOP discipline, CRM, and operational excellence.
