🧰 What you will do
- Operate the E195 and/or A320 family to the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Apply professional knowledge and company SOPs consistently in all phases of flight.
- Exercise strong situational awareness, threat and error management, and sound judgement under pressure.
- Communicate effectively with the flight deck, cabin crew, operations, and ATC.
- Demonstrate leadership in a multi‑crew environment while excelling at teamwork.
- Continuously learn, debrief, and contribute to a positive training culture.

📌 Minimum requirements
- Time: Minimum 400 hours turbine on CS‑25/FAR 25 transport category aircraft
- Licensing: EASA CPL, IR, MCC, ME
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 5
- Work rights: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU (visa sponsorship not provided)
- License authority: Pilot licence preferably issued by Denmark, Sweden, or Norway; other EASA licences accepted but must be converted before course start
- Clearances: Clean criminal record; must pass background screening, personal security interview, and alcohol & drug testing per aviation security regulations
- Type rating: Not required — full training provided
