🧰 What you will do

• Operate the E195 and/or A320 family to the highest safety and compliance standards.
• Apply professional knowledge and company SOPs consistently in all phases of flight.
• Exercise strong situational awareness, threat and error management, and sound judgement under pressure.
• Communicate effectively with the flight deck, cabin crew, operations, and ATC.
• Demonstrate leadership in a multi‑crew environment while excelling at teamwork.

📌 Minimum requirements

• Time: Minimum 400 hours turbine on CS‑25/FAR 25 transport category aircraft
• Licensing: EASA CPL, IR, MCC, ME
• Medical: Class 1
• English: ICAO ELP Level 5
• Work rights: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU (visa sponsorship not provided)
• License authority: Pilot licence preferably issued by Denmark, Sweden, or Norway; other EASA licences accepted but must be converted before course start
• Clearances: Clean criminal record; must pass background screening, personal security interview, and alcohol & drug testing per aviation security regulations
• Type rating: Not required — full training provided
