🧭 Your Mission
As a First Officer on the Embraer ERJ145, you will partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and professional operations across every phase of flight. You will operate in an advanced cockpit environment, manage FMS/EFIS workflows, and uphold the highest standards of airmanship and customer care.
- Execute SOPs, checklists, and company policies with precision and discipline.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
- Manage FMS programming, navigation, and automation in EFIS-equipped flight deck.
- Practice strong CRM, clear communication, and sound decision-making.
- Operate in all-weather IFR environments, including de/anti-ice procedures as required.
- Champion a just culture focused on safety reporting, continuous learning, and compliance.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 1,200 hours
- Multi-Engine: 250 hours
- License Required: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
🌟 Preferred Experience
- 1+ years in military, VIP, corporate, or business aviation flight operations.
- 1+ years in an advanced technology cockpit with EFIS and FMS.
🧾 Additional Requirements
- Current/valid driver’s license.
- Current/valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Ability to pass TSA screening for access to restricted airspace and airports.
Note: NTR candidates are encouraged to apply; full ERJ145 type training is provided upon hire.
