Citation CJ3 Captain – Camarillo, CA (KCMA)

🧭 The Opportunity

As a Citation CJ3 Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and polished operations for discerning clients. You’ll collaborate closely with a hardworking, service-driven team and represent Solairus with professionalism on every mission. This role is on-call and dynamic, with occasional international flying supported by recurrent training.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Command CJ3 flights with an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and SMS best practices.
• Plan and execute domestic and international missions, including performance, weather, and fuel analysis.
• Deliver exceptional passenger care with discretion, poise, and proactive communication.
• Coordinate seamlessly with crew, maintenance, and scheduling to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
• Complete thorough preflight and post-flight duties, documentation, and debriefs.
• Uphold Solairus’ core values of safety, service, and integrity in every interaction.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

• Total Time: 3,000 hours minimum
• PIC Time: 1,500 hours minimum
• Multi-Engine Time: 1,500 hours minimum
• Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours minimum
• Jet Time: 500 hours minimum
• Instrument: 250 hours
• Type Rating: CE-525 series required
• License: FAA ATP/ATPL required
• Medical: First Class
• Training: Ability to complete annual ICAO International Procedures training
• Schedule: Comfortable working on an on-call basis

📍 Location & Residency

• Operating Base: KCMA (Camarillo, CA)
• Residency: Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KMCC or willingness to relocate
