Lead every mission with precision and polish. We’re seeking a seasoned, type-rated Captain to operate the Embraer Legacy 600 with uncompromising safety, calm command presence, and a refined, client-focused manner.
🧭 The Opportunity
As Captain, you’ll set the tone for safety, service, and professionalism from preflight to touchdown. You’ll model outstanding crew leadership, elevate the passenger experience, and ensure regulatory compliance at every stage of flight.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Command Legacy 600 operations with disciplined airmanship, sound judgment, and adherence to SOPs and regulations.
- Lead and mentor crew members, promoting effective CRM, clear communication, and a just culture of safety.
- Oversee flight planning, performance, weight and balance, weather/NOTAM review, alternate selection, and fuel planning.
- Conduct thorough preflight, inflight, and postflight procedures; ensure aircraft documentation and equipment readiness.
- Deliver a polished, client-first experience, anticipating needs while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Complete accurate logs, reports, and correspondence with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborate across teams (maintenance, dispatch, scheduling) to keep operations efficient and on-time.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Ability to comply with ICAO age restrictions for international travel.
🎯 Minimum Flight & Certification Requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,500 hours
- PIC in Type (Legacy 600): 250 hours
- Type Rating: Required; must be current and proficient in type
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Open to License Holders: FAA
- Medical: First Class
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
🛡️ Compliance & Safety
- Must pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screening and participate in FAA and Company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
- Ability to pass a 10-year work history background check, as well as TSA-required criminal history and fingerprint checks.
- Adherence to OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulatory requirements; unwavering commitment to safety.
- No excessive checkride failures; no previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.
🕒 Schedule & Travel
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as operational needs dictate.
- International and domestic travel required; maintain passport validity and readiness to enter/exit the U.S. without restrictions.
- Compliant with ICAO age-related requirements for international operations.
