🧭 What you’ll do
- Captain Embraer jets on domestic and international legs, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the crew with strong CRM, setting the tone for professional, guest‑focused operations.
- Plan and execute flights, including performance, weather, and alternates; brief and debrief effectively.
- Navigate oceanic/remote airspace in line with company SOPs and international procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, service, and operational excellence expected in corporate aviation.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 4,000 hours
- Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) time: 1,000 hours
- Jet PIC: 500 hours
- License: ATPL — TCCA accepted
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ELP Level 4 or higher
Good to know: Type rating not required; comprehensive training provided.
🌟 Preferred experience
- Time on Embraer type(s) and prior corporate/business aviation experience.
- Oceanic and overseas operations exposure.
🧭 Travel, eligibility, and clearances
- Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
- Ability to travel to the United States for training as a passenger.
- Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Ability to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
