✈️ Role overview

As Captain, you will set the standard for safety, professionalism, and client service while operating various Embraer aircraft types. You’ll lead each mission from briefing to block-in, navigate domestic and international procedures, and represent the flight department with polished, customer-focused conduct.

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 1,000 hours
  • Jet Time: 500 hours
  • Jet PIC Time: 500 hours
  • Licence: TCCA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • Open to Licence Holders: TCCA

🧰 Additional requirements

  • A Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
  • Ability to travel to the United States as a passenger for training.
  • Ability to obtain a RAIC.
  • Ability to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.

🌟 Preferred experience

  • Time on type and prior corporate/business aviation experience.
  • Oceanic and overseas operating experience.

  • Serve as Captain across multiple Embraer jet types, ensuring uncompromising safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Lead flight planning, performance, and decision-making for domestic, international, and oceanic routes.
  • Uphold SOPs and regulatory standards while fostering a collaborative, high-performing cockpit culture.
  • Deliver an elevated client experience with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain currency through company-provided training and checking; embrace NTR type training as required.
  • Adapt to dynamic schedules and destinations across North America, the Caribbean, South America, and Western Europe.
