Take command as Captain on a range of Embraer jets, flying diverse missions across North America, the Caribbean, South America, and Western Europe. This is a permanent opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in corporate and international operations. NTR: Type rating not required—training provided.
✈️ Role overview
As Captain, you will set the standard for safety, professionalism, and client service while operating various Embraer aircraft types. You’ll lead each mission from briefing to block-in, navigate domestic and international procedures, and represent the flight department with polished, customer-focused conduct.
🧭 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 4,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,000 hours
- Jet Time: 500 hours
- Jet PIC Time: 500 hours
- Licence: TCCA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)
- Open to Licence Holders: TCCA
🧰 Additional requirements
- A Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
- Ability to travel to the United States as a passenger for training.
- Ability to obtain a RAIC.
- Ability to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
🌟 Preferred experience
- Time on type and prior corporate/business aviation experience.
- Oceanic and overseas operating experience.

- Serve as Captain across multiple Embraer jet types, ensuring uncompromising safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Lead flight planning, performance, and decision-making for domestic, international, and oceanic routes.
- Uphold SOPs and regulatory standards while fostering a collaborative, high-performing cockpit culture.
- Deliver an elevated client experience with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Maintain currency through company-provided training and checking; embrace NTR type training as required.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and destinations across North America, the Caribbean, South America, and Western Europe.
