✈️ The Role

As an ERJ145 First Officer, you will operate as a key member of a two-pilot crew on domestic and near-international routes, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations. You will receive comprehensive training on ERJ procedures and systems, and you will partner closely with your Captain and dispatch to execute each flight to the highest professional standard.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct all phases of flight on the Embraer ERJ 145 family in accordance with company SOPs and FAA regulations.
  • Execute precise IFR operations, standard callouts, checklists, and flows while maintaining exemplary situational awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Captain, dispatch, and maintenance to make timely, safety-first operational decisions.
  • Provide professional, courteous service that reflects positively on the brand and crew.
  • Maintain flight currency, documentation, and training records to company and regulatory standards.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Minimum 1,500 hours total time, or within 6 months of meeting FAA ATP or R-ATP minimums.
  • Current FAA ATP or R-ATP certificate.
  • IFR and landing current at time of application.
  • Valid FAA First Class Medical.
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
  • Valid passport; able to travel internationally without restriction, especially to Canada and Mexico.
  • Type rating not required to apply; ERJ training provided.
  • Applicants must hold FAA certificates (no foreign license conversions at this time).
