  • Type Rating: Not required; training provided (NTR)
  • Licensing: FAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: FAA Class 1
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
  • Travel: Current passport; able to travel in and out of the U.S.
  • Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
  • Commute: Must live within 120 minutes of assigned base during duty period

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Operate the ERJ145 as First Officer with discipline, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to safety.
  • Execute standard operating procedures, checklists, and company policies while maintaining exemplary airmanship.
  • Collaborate closely with the Captain and crew to deliver a smooth, customer-focused experience.
  • Manage dynamic, time-sensitive operations and changing weather/airspace conditions with sound judgment.
  • Uphold regulatory compliance and safety standards across all phases of flight.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 25 hours
  • License: FAA CPL, IR, ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Total Time: 1,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 100 hours

🧭 Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Current passport required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; able to travel in and out of the U.S.
  • Able to pass a 10-year work history review, criminal history records check, reference check, and national driver’s record check.
  • No excessive check ride failures.
  • Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug screen and FAA/Company random drug and alcohol tests.
  • No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work safely while adhering to OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure situations under tight time constraints.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
