Step into the right seat of the ERJ family’s EMB-145 and help deliver safe, smooth, and on-time operations. Non-Type Rated pilots are welcome—comprehensive training provided.
🧭 Your Mission
As an ERJ145 First Officer, you’ll operate in a multi-crew, turbine environment, executing safe and efficient flights while upholding company SOPs and regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with the Captain, Dispatch, and Maintenance to deliver operational excellence from preflight planning through shutdown.
- Execute precision flying, checklist discipline, and strong CRM.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with professionalism.
- Champion passenger safety, security, and an on‑time mindset.
- Support a safety-first culture through SMS and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 2,000 hours
- Flight time notes: 500–949 hours of FAR 121.436(a) upgrade‑qualifying time
- License required: ATP-Qualified
- Open to lic. holders: FAA certificates only
- Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
- Medical: Current FAA First-Class
🌟 Additional Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Meet all FAA requirements to carry passengers for 2 years from your date of hire.
- Hold appropriate FAA pilot certificates to accrue upgrade‑qualifying flight hours.

Non‑Type Rated candidates are encouraged to apply. You’ll receive structured training on the EMB‑145 with a clear pathway to accrue FAR 121.436(a) upgrade‑qualifying time, preparing you for future advancement.
