✈️ Role at a glance

As Captain on the Embraer ERJ145, you will be the operational leader for safe, efficient, and passenger-focused flight operations. You will set the tone for professionalism on the flight deck, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor your crew while delivering a consistent, reliable service.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command ERJ145 operations in accordance with company SOPs, ICAO, EASA, and national regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the flight crew; cultivate a just culture and strong flight deck communication.
  • Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel strategy, and operational decision-making.
  • Manage normal and non-normal procedures with sound judgement and situational awareness.
  • Uphold safety, security, and compliance standards, including requirements related to § 7 LuftSiG.
  • Maintain personal proficiency, documentation, and currency requirements.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Licensing: Valid EASA ATPL and Class 1 Medical.
  • Type rating: Current and valid on Embraer ERJ/EMB-145 with 100+ hours in type.
  • Flight time: Minimum 3,000 hours total time.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written); ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Security: Valid background check per § 7 LuftSiG.
  • Mindset: Safety-first leadership, decisive TEM, and a collaborative approach to crew resource management.
