As an Embraer ERJ‑145 Captain, you’ll set the standard for safety, professionalism, and teamwork on every leg. You’ll exercise sound judgment, champion SOPs and CRM, and inspire confidence in the flight deck and cabin.
- Command ERJ‑145 operations with precision, ensuring full compliance with company, FAA, and international regulations.
- Lead and mentor First Officers; cultivate a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Execute efficient, passenger‑focused operations, from meticulous preflight planning through arrival and post‑flight.
- Leverage advanced avionics, EFIS/FMS, and data‑driven decision making to optimize performance.
- Support training, line checks, and safety initiatives as required.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 2,000 hours
- Jet Time: 500 hours
- License: ATP (Accepted: FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
🌟 Preferred Experience
- ERJ‑145 type rating with 500+ hours in type.
- 1+ years in military, VIP, corporate, or business aviation flight operations.
- 1+ years operating advanced technology cockpits with EFIS and FMS systems.
🛡️ Additional Requirements
- Current/valid driver’s license.
- Current/valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Pass TSA screening for access to restricted airspace and airports.
- Zero history of drug‑ or alcohol‑related incidents.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment physical evaluation.
- Successful completion of all background requirement checks.
- No unresolved FAA violations.
