• License: Valid ATPL (EASA)
• Medical: Current Class 1
• Language: ICAO English Level 4+

• Represent the flight operation with integrity and a customer‑focused attitude.

• Current and valid E170/190 type rating and recent experience on type.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capability on a modern flight deck.
• Exceptional situational awareness and decision‑making under pressure.
• Meticulous flight planning, threat and error management, and SMS awareness.
• A collaborative mindset and dedication to continuous improvement.
