Join the Embraer E‑Jet flight deck for a dynamic seasonal assignment. This is a great opportunity for motivated First Officers to fly the E170/190 with full type training provided. We welcome NTR candidates holding an EASA license and fluent in German.
🧭 About the role
As a First Officer on the Embraer E170/190, you will operate safely and efficiently alongside a supportive crew, delivering reliable performance throughout a busy seasonal schedule. You will apply disciplined airmanship, strong communication, and excellent CRM to ensure a smooth experience for customers and colleagues alike.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Support the Commander through all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct accurate flight planning, performance calculations, and threat-and-error management.
- Manage communications, navigation, and checklist discipline during normal and non-normal operations.
- Uphold a proactive safety culture, timely reporting, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Contribute to on-time performance and a positive passenger experience through teamwork and professionalism.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- License: EASA frozen ATPL with valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
- Type Rating: NTR welcome — E170/190 type training provided
- Languages: Fluent German and proficient English
- Education: Successfully completed apprenticeship or higher education certificate
- Travel Documents: Valid passport without restrictions
- Right to Work: Visa sponsorship is not available
🧪 Training and onboarding
Comprehensive E‑Jet training is provided for non-type-rated pilots, including ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line training to company standards. Successful completion of all assessments and checks is required prior to line release.
