Lead the Flight as an Embraer E‑Jet Captain

As Captain, you will be the leader of your crew, making sound decisions and fostering a proactive, safety‑first culture. You’ll model operational excellence, inspire teamwork, and keep our flights running safely and efficiently across Europe.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Lead the flight deck and cabin teams with clear communication and decisive leadership.
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in line with company SOPs and regulations.
  • Exercise strong situational awareness, CRM, and judgement under all operating conditions.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Represent Air Dolomiti with professionalism across our European network.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Education: High school diploma
  • Travel documents: Valid passport
  • Work rights: Right to live and work in the EU
  • Language: Good knowledge of Italian (B2 or higher), plus strong crew and passenger communication skills
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and mentor others

📋 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 5,000 hours in airline operations
  • PIC time: 1,500 hours as PIC in airline operations (MTOW > 19T)
  • License: ATPL (EASA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
  • Open to lic. holders: EASA
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided

Join as a direct‑entry Captain on the Embraer E‑Jet family (E170/E190). If you’re not currently rated, we’ll provide comprehensive, company‑standard training to qualify you for line operations.
