As Captain, you will be the leader of your crew, making sound decisions and fostering a proactive, safety‑first culture. You’ll model operational excellence, inspire teamwork, and keep our flights running safely and efficiently across Europe.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Lead the flight deck and cabin teams with clear communication and decisive leadership.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in line with company SOPs and regulations.
- Exercise strong situational awareness, CRM, and judgement under all operating conditions.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
- Represent Air Dolomiti with professionalism across our European network.
🧰 What You Bring
- Education: High school diploma
- Travel documents: Valid passport
- Work rights: Right to live and work in the EU
- Language: Good knowledge of Italian (B2 or higher), plus strong crew and passenger communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and mentor others
📋 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 5,000 hours in airline operations
- PIC time: 1,500 hours as PIC in airline operations (MTOW > 19T)
- License: ATPL (EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
- Open to lic. holders: EASA
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
