🧭 The Opportunity

As an Embraer E‑Jet Captain, you’ll command modern, efficient aircraft while setting the tone for teamwork, safety, and service on every sector. You’ll uphold EASA standards and company SOPs, mentor the flight deck, and make sound, timely decisions that keep operations precise and passengers confident.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Flight Time (Pathway 1):
    4,000 total hours, including 250 hours as PIC or PICUS
  • Flight Time (Pathway 2):
    3,500 total hours, including 500 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T
  • Flight Time (Pathway 3):
    3,000 total hours, including 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T
  • License: Valid EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO English Level 5
  • Background: Clean criminal record
  • Work Rights: Unrestricted EU residency and work authorization

🌟 Training & Onboarding

No type rating? No problem. Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive E‑Jet type rating with ground school, simulator phases, and line training, followed by supervised line flying to ensure a confident transition onto the E170/E190.
