🧭 The Mission

As EMB‑120 Captain, you will serve as PIC on Berry Aviation on‑demand cargo flights requiring two pilot crewmembers. You’ll lead the assigned SIC, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments, and deliver reliable, professional service on every leg.

  • Serve as PIC on on‑demand cargo operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
  • Lead and mentor the assigned SIC through all phases of flight and decision‑making.
  • Uphold company procedures and applicable regulations while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and customers.
  • Adapt to evolving mission requirements and irregular schedules inherent to cargo operations.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours minimum
  • Multi‑Engine: 500 hours minimum
  • License: CPL with ME rating (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • Education: High School diploma
  • Passport: Current passport with at least 6 months validity at all times
  • Permit: Hold or obtain FCC RR
  • Relocation: Reside within 30 minutes of domicile (required)
  • Travel: Ability to travel away from domicile for extended periods
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
  • Open to FAA license holders.

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Total Time: 3,000+ hours in airplanes
  • Multi‑Engine: 1,000+ hours in airplanes

📍 Domicile & Lifestyle

This is a hands‑on, mission‑driven cargo role with a dynamic schedule. Relocation within 30 minutes of domicile is required, and you should expect periods of travel away from base to support operational demands.

📨 How to Stand Out

  • Highlight multi‑engine turbine or regional turboprop experience (EMB‑120 or similar).
