  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 6
  • Security: EU Personal Security Clearance Certificate application required as part of selection

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) on the Dornier 328-100TP, ensuring the highest standards of safety and airmanship.
  • Operate in a multi‑crew turbine environment, applying strong CRM and decision‑making under EASA regulations and company SOPs.
  • Lead by example with a flexible team spirit, fostering collaboration, discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Uphold compliance, flight data‑driven safety practices, and meticulous pre/post‑flight procedures.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • Pilot in Command (PIC) time: 500 hours
  • Multi‑engine: 500 hours
  • Turbine: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 6
  • Citizenship/Residence: EU citizen and EU resident
  • Security: Willing to complete the EU Personal Security Clearance Certificate application

Note: You must have accumulated at least 500 hours PIC on a twin‑engine turbine aircraft.

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Type rating: EASA Dornier DO328‑100TP
  • Operational background: Maritime Surveillance and/or ISR
  • Service experience: Military or Air Police

🧾 Selection process
