✈️ Role overview
As a Dornier 228 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient flights in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements. You’ll bring disciplined airmanship, sound decision-making, and a collaborative approach to operations that may span a range of environments. Expect a quality training pathway onto type, followed by line operations where your judgement and leadership set the tone for every sector.
🧭 Minimum requirements
- Licence: CPL with IR and ME (open to EASA licence holders)
- Medical: Class 1
- Experience: Minimum 1,000 hours PIC
- Tailwheel: Minimum 100 hours and 300 tailwheel landings
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
- Commitment: Able to give a 2-year commitment after company training completion

No Dornier 228 type rating? No problem. You’ll receive company-provided training to proficiency, preparing you for safe, confident operations on type. Following training, you’ll transition to line flying with ongoing support and recurrent training to keep your skills sharp.
Note: A two-year service commitment applies after completion of company training.
