🧭 Your Mission
- Serve as Pilot in Command on the Saab 2000 for scheduled passenger operations across Alaska, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time performance.
- Lead with strong CRM, mentoring First Officers and fostering an aviation culture grounded in respect, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Stations to deliver operational reliability in dynamic weather and terrain.
- Uphold company and regulatory standards, including SOP adherence, risk management, and disciplined decision-making.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- FAA ATP and current FAA First Class Medical.
- Minimum 3,000 hours total time.
- Multi-engine turboprop experience.
- Meets 14 CFR 121.436 PIC requirements.
- Able to pass full DOT background checks and initial/random drug and alcohol screening.
- Physical ability to perform all job duties.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
🌟 Preferred Background
- Prior Part 121 PIC experience in the Saab 2000 (strongly preferred).
- Recent line experience in challenging or cold-weather operations.
- Demonstrated crew leadership, training, or check airman experience.
