Step into a command role on the Embraer E‑Jet family, leading safe, efficient operations on the E170/E190. As an experienced jet Captain from a scheduled airline environment, you’ll bring proven leadership and decision‑making while we provide the training you need to gain your E‑Jet type rating.

🧭 Minimum requirements

• Previous command: Proven experience as a Captain on jet aircraft with an airline operating scheduled flights.
• Type rating: Not required; training provided on the E‑Jet family.
• Licenses: CPL + IR + ME (accepted authority: JCAB).
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: English and Japanese; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• English test: TOEIC 650 or higher.
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided.

Only JCAB licenses are accepted. Candidates must hold the right to live and work as required; sponsorship is not available.

• Command E170/E190 operations from pre‑flight planning through post‑flight debrief, ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards.
• Lead and mentor the flight deck team, applying sound judgement and CRM within company SOPs and regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatch, cabin crew, and maintenance to drive punctual, efficient performance.
• Champion a proactive safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement and training initiatives.
