From day one, you’ll be supported by a clear development pathway designed to help capable First Officers transition confidently to the left seat. You’ll have access to training and mentoring aligned to our operational standards, with an anticipated upgrade timeframe of approximately 12 months (subject to vacancy and meeting required standards).

✅ Minimum eligibility

  • Total time: Minimum 2,500 hours total time (subject to factorisation) on an aircraft type that satisfies ZFTT, and you must have flown this type within the last 6 months.
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided.
  • Licence (accepted): UK‑issued CAA ATPL (A), fATPL (A), MPL, or an EASA licence meeting UK CAA conversion routes 3, 4, 5 or 6.
  • Required ratings: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
  • Open to licence holders: EASA or UK CAA.
  • Medical: Class 1.
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 6.
  • Passport: Valid passport.
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided.
