Kenn Borek Air (KBA) is a diversified, worldwide aircraft charter and leasing operator. We’re seeking experienced Captains to command the Basler DC‑3T (BT‑67) on global, rotational assignments. No relocation required—KBA provides rotational airfare, accommodations, and meal per diems.
🧭 About the role
As a KBA DC‑3T Captain, you’ll lead missions across diverse geographies, including remote and challenging environments. You’ll operate a modernized classic—the Basler BT‑67—delivering reliable performance on paved and unpaved strips. This is a rotational position designed for pilots who thrive on variety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Command DC‑3T operations in accordance with company SOPs and Canadian aviation regulations.
- Plan and execute flights to both conventional and remote/off‑strip locations, ensuring rigorous performance, W&B, and risk management.
- Lead effective crew resource management and mentor First Officers in demanding environments.
- Coordinate with Flight Ops, Maintenance, and Dispatch to maintain high standards of safety and reliability.
- Maintain currency and proficiency through KBA training programs (type training provided for NTR candidates).
🌟 What you bring
- Minimum requirements
- • Total time: 2,000 hours
- • License: ATPL (TCCA)
- • Medical: Class 1
- • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
- Preferred
- • 2,500+ hours total time
- • Arctic and off‑strip experience an asset

- Able to obtain Transport Canada security clearances
