As a Falcon Captain, you’ll set the tone for safety, professionalism, and customer focus on every mission. This role rewards disciplined aviators who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to deepen expertise across Falcon types.
Progression: Candidates must possess the skills and judgement required to qualify for PIC authorization on Falcon jets within two years (if not already serving as PIC).
🧭 What you’ll do
- Lead safe, compliant flight operations from preflight planning through postflight debriefing.
- Exercise exemplary PIC decision-making, risk management, and CRM.
- Execute international and domestic missions; adapt to changing schedules and environments.
- Maintain currency, proficiency, and type-specific technical knowledge through recurrent training.
- Model a culture of professionalism and mentorship for crewmembers and partners.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total PIC Time: 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine Turbine PIC: 1,000 hours
- Type Rating: Required
- Flight Time Pathways (meet one):
- 1,000 hours PIC in multi-engine turbine aircraft; or
- 500 hours in Falcon aircraft; or
- 400 hours while operating as SIC within Dassault Falcon Jet Flight Operations
- PIC Type Ratings (one or more): Falcon 2000 EASy (DA-2EASY), Falcon 7X (DA7X), Falcon 6X (DA6X); or qualifying experience in production, maintenance, functional, or experimental flight test.
- Passport: Current government-issued passport from country of citizenship
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1

- Instructor Credentials: Airplane multi-engine instructor and instrument flight instructor ratings (MEI, CFII)
🧭 Travel & Training
Expect regular travel for both flight operations and recurrent/upgrade training on Falcon platforms. Flexibility with schedules and time away from base is essential.
