Join our Flight Operations team as a Q400 Captain. This full-time, permanent role is based in the United Arab Emirates with the possibility of temporary assignments to other locations in line with operational requirements.
✈️ The Opportunity
As a Dash 8 Q400 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations across a dynamic network, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a strong team culture on the flight deck and in the cabin.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command Q400 flights in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Champion a safety-first mindset, ensuring robust decision-making and risk management.
- Lead and mentor the crew, promoting effective CRM and teamwork.
- Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel, and operational briefings.
- Deliver a customer-focused experience and represent the brand professionally at all times.
- Adapt to varied routes and operating environments, including temporary assignments outside the UAE as required.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 5,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,000 hours
- On-Type Experience: 2+ years on Dash 8 Q400
- Type Rating: Q400 type rating required
📜 Licences & Medical
- Licence: Valid ATPL
- Open to Licence Holders: EASA, FAA, ICAO (GCAA preferred)
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Preferred: GCAA licence holder
