Dash 8 Q‑Series Captain (NTR Welcome)

🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you’ll set the tone for operational excellence on every sector, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time operations while leading a collaborative flight deck.

• Exercise command authority with sound judgment and strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Champion a proactive safety culture, completing thorough briefings, checklists, and risk assessments.
• Demonstrate exemplary CRM, mentoring First Officers and fostering open communication.
• Manage performance in diverse weather and terrain environments, optimizing aircraft systems and performance.
• Deliver an excellent passenger and crew experience through calm, clear communication and professionalism.

🧰 What you bring

Minimum requirements

• Total time: 4,000 hours
• PIC time: 2,500 hours
• Multi‑engine PIC: 2,000 hours
• Last flight: Dash 8 PPC that has not expired for more than 24 months

Preferred experience

• British Columbia (BC) flying experience is a strong asset

Additional requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to safety culture
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing requirements

Training provided for non‑type‑rated candidates.
