Dash 8 First Officer – Type Rating Provided

As a Dash 8 First Officer, you will operate in a dynamic, safety-focused environment, supporting the Captain to deliver punctual, professional, and passenger-focused flights. You will apply strong CRM principles, precise checklist discipline, and sound decision-making across all phases of flight—normal and abnormal—while adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

• Execute all First Officer duties in compliance with SOPs, company policies, and KCAA regulations.
• Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weight & balance.
• Manage FMS setup, navigation accuracy checks, and radio communications.
• Conduct thorough preflight and postflight inspections and documentation.
• Apply threat and error management and robust checklist discipline throughout all phases of flight.
• Support Captain’s decisions and contribute to a positive, professional cockpit culture.
• Commit to recurrent training, checking, and continuous improvement.

• License: Valid KCAA CPL with IR and ME privileges.
• Medical: Current Class 1 medical.
• Language Proficiency: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Type Rating: Not required; training provided (NTR applicants welcome).
• Right to Work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must hold the legal right to work as required.
