Dash 8 First Officer — Type Rating Provided

🧭 Your mission

As a Dash 8 First Officer, you’ll deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across a dynamic regional network. You’ll work closely with your Captain and crew to maintain the highest standards of airmanship, compliance, and on-time performance.

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough briefings, checklists, and threat and error management to support safe decision-making.
• Manage flight deck duties including performance calculations, navigation, and communications.
• Collaborate with cabin crew and operations to ensure a smooth, customer-focused service.
• Contribute to a just culture by reporting hazards and embracing continuous improvement.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Licence: ATPL (EASA)
• Flight time: Minimum 300 hours on CAT
• Medical: Class 1
• English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Passport: Valid, with travel eligibility
• Teamwork & decision-making: Proven ability to collaborate and make quick, safe judgments
• Roster: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
• Work authorization: Must have the right to live and work in the hiring country (no sponsorship)
