🧭 Your mission
As a Dash 8 First Officer, you’ll deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across a dynamic regional network. You’ll work closely with your Captain and crew to maintain the highest standards of airmanship, compliance, and on-time performance.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough briefings, checklists, and threat and error management to support safe decision-making.
- Manage flight deck duties including performance calculations, navigation, and communications.
- Collaborate with cabin crew and operations to ensure a smooth, customer-focused service.
- Contribute to a just culture by reporting hazards and embracing continuous improvement.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Licence: ATPL (EASA)
- Flight time: Minimum 300 hours on CAT
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Passport: Valid, with travel eligibility
- Teamwork & decision-making: Proven ability to collaborate and make quick, safe judgments
- Roster: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
- Work authorization: Must have the right to live and work in the hiring country (no sponsorship)
